How to Live an Authentic Life (Who You Really Are Inside) was developed by me to help you discover the real you. Not the YOU you’ve come to believe you are, but the authentic version of you; the fully expressive human you came into this life to be. I’ve spent many years doing ‘the work’ on myself, continuing to open myself to a more heart-centred, soulful, actualised and fulfilling life and feel it’s important to share how this was done, with the desire that it may help others to find the inner gifts and talents they thought were lost or they never realised they had.
